Founded in 1968 in Clute, Texas, Metals Supply Company, Ltd – MSC – has emerged as the leading distributor of structural steel in the Southwest. A foundation of "just in time" inventory, coupled with longstanding relationships in the petrochemical industry, paved the way to the opening of our first Houston office in 1996, followed by the Houston warehouse in 2000. In 2001, Metals Supply Company opened a sales office in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Our customer service is supported by MSC's fleet of 16 trucks and 35 trailers that are GPS tracked in order to insure your on time delivery. MSC's transportation department is a dedicated team of professional drivers who are committed to supporting your business with next day service in most cases.
MSC's focus on Quality is demonstrated in our daily commitment to the accuracy of your order. MSC utilizes a state of the art bar code scanner computer tagging system to insure our customer's orders are correct the first time. MSC's inspection process starts at the receipt of goods and is continued through the loading process and the final check upon completion. Mill test reports are also computerized and retrieved at the time of shipment.
